CORFU - Villa Chiriachi (cat. lusso)
Villa “Chiriachi” è situata nella località di Kalami a 28 km circa da Corfù città e gode di splendida vista verso Corfù città e l’Albania.
La casa è divisa in tre piani,dispone di 4 camere da letto e di aria condizionata.
Il piano terra comprende una cucina molto ben attrezzata con microonde, lavastoviglie, tutti i tipi di utensili forno e fornelli elettrici, il salone con CD, TV sat e DVD con terrazza che conduce alla piscina e grande bagno con vasca.
Al primo piano si trovano una camera da letto doppia con bagno adiacente, un'altra cucina con salotto e sala da pranzo e veranda con bellissima vista mare!
Al secondo piano si trovano infine una camera matrimoniale e due camere doppie tutte con bagno interno e balconi con magnifica vista mare.
La villa nella parte esterna dispone di piscina 10x5, ombrelloni, lettini tavoli e sedie e barbecue.
La villa è attrezzata di asciugacapelli, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro, lavatrive e connessione internet wi-fi.
Nel paese vicino di Kalami, troverete taverne, alimentari e negozi di articoli turistici.Alla spiaggia di Kalami potete praticare sport acquatici e noleggiare barche.Bancomat a 10 min.di distanza (in macchina).
Altre località turistice vicine sono Nissaki a 7 km circa di distanza, Barbati 9 km e Ipsos a 13km circa.
Pulizia e cambio biancheria due volte a settimana.

Villa “Chiriachi” enjoys a scenic location on the coastal side of the road, overlooking Kalami Bay and within walking distance of the beach via a steep return journey up the hill. Between the bay of Agni and Kouloura Harbour, Kalami lies around a beautiful bay, reached by a steep drive down through olive groves to its blue-flag white shingle beach. Famous as the home of the author Lawrence Durrell White House, the village also offers a choice of supermarkets, a few tavernas, bars and restaurants and a couple of gift shops. The villa is air-conditioned, is very comfortable and has stunning sea views. Distance from Corfu airport and ports approximately 32 kilometres. Wireless internet (wi-fi). The villa is available for Easter time.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom decorated to a high standard with private bathroom and sea view balcony.
Master bedroom with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bedroom 4 with double bed- bathroom adjacent.
The three upper floor bathrooms are en-suited to bedrooms. Luxury bathrooms with bathtub wash basin, WC and hairdryer.
Middle floor – WC and wash basin.
Lower floor - Luxury bath with bathtub, wash basin, WC and hairdryer.
The amenities of the villa are completed by fully equipped kitchens
Both kitchens are equipped with electric stoves.They have dishwashers, refrigerators,freezers, microwaves. All pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils to create and serve a gourmet meal.
The middle floor has a split-level siting room/dining area with fireplace and opening doors onto wide veranda with panoramic sea view. The lower lever living room has patio doors leading onto poolside area, plus a Satellite TV, radio, DVD & CD Player.
Sunbeds, umbrellas and dinning facilities are provided for your convenience. Air conditioning, Wireless Internet, Telephone (incoming calls), BBQ Area and Parking.
The villa is cleaned twice a week. Towels and linen are included.
Corfu is blessed with many beautiful bays with crystal clear waters and the villa is only 10 minutes easy walking to Kalami Bay. The beach provides safe swimming, with several beach front shops and a taverna where you will always find a very friendly welcome awaits.
