In questo piano è dislocato inoltre un bagno ed una camera singola con possibilità di essere adibita a studio;
Due balconi completano la residenza, offrendo una suggestiva vista mare.

Villa Kaya
The villa is situated 10 kilometres Northeast of Corfu Town in the elegant suburb of Kommeno. It faces South East verlooking the sea towards Gouvia marina, the islands of Lazaretto and Vithos, Corfu town and the mountains of the Greek mainland. Constructed in 2005 it is one of nine villas and three maisonettes built on an extensive piece of land each with its own garden, walls, gates and privacy. The land area surrounds a small hill on top of which is a protected Venetian fortress. The 312 m² lower ground floor consists of a laundry, two double bedrooms, bathroom, store room, utility room and a completely separate (but also connected) apartment. The apartment has a kitchen/lounge/dining area, store room, bathroom, dressing area and a large double bedroom with door leading to the garden.
Ground floor with A/C, having an entrance hall, guest toilet, lounge and sliding doors onto a covered patio, dining room, TV / family room and kitchen. There is a single garage.
Upper floor with A/C. This consists of a small landing area, the main bedroom and covered balcony with full bathroom and separate dressing room, both en suite, a second bathroom and a single bedroom or study, large balconies with panoramic sea views to Corfu town and Gouvia Marina. The land area is 1500m².
For parties of more than 7 persons, the ground floor of the villa also has an apartment which consists of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and WC/shower. This apartment sleeps 2 persons and could be accessed either via the separate entrance from the garden or through the main entrance of the villa upstairs. There is, of course, an extra charge for the use of this apartment.
