E' situata vicino a Pelekas sulla collina della località Kochini a 5 km dalla spiaggia di Glyfada a 4,5 km dal Corfu Golf club di Ermones e a 10 km da Corfu città. E' distante quanto basta dalla strada per non essere disturbati dai rumori.
E' divisa in 3 piani. Il primo piano è composto da un soggiorno spazioso con camino, una cucina ben attrezzata ed un grande bagno con lavatrice compresa.
Tramite scale interne si arriva al secondo piano che comprende 4 camere da letto (una matrimoniale e 3 con 2 letti singoli ciascuna) e un bagno. Infine il secondo piano è composto da una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone con vista panoramica verso il golf club ed il mare che si intravede.
Tutta la Villa ha grandi verande ammobiliate.
E' dotata di aria condizionata,riscaldamento, tv satellitare, piscina con lettini ed ombrelloni, barbecue e ampio parcheggio.
Ad una distanza di 1.5 km si trova il più grande parco acquatico dell'isola ( Aqualand), a circa 1 km si possono trovare alimentari e bar e a circa 3 km delle taverne con cucina tipica e carne fatta alla brace.

This new Villa Kokkini takes its name from the small village of Kokkini. It was built in 2003/2004,and is situated on the top of a small hill in a very quiet and isolated area, away from neighbouring houses, main streets, bars and discos.
Kokkini is in the middle of Corfu island, 10km from Corfu town and airport, 4,5km from Corfu Golf Club and Ermones, and 3,5 km from the wonderful sandy beach of Mirtiotissa ( where the left side of the beach is reserved for naturist bathing and the right side for families ) . Approximately 5km away is the long sandy beach of Glyfada, where you will find all kinds of watersports and about 1,5km from the villa is the famous Aqualand of Corfu, which boasts the 3rd largest wave pool in the World!The villa is ideally placed for visiting the north or the south of the island each being only an hour's drive away.
Villa Kokkini consists of 3 floors, on the ground floor is a spacious living room with fireplace, to one side is a large modern kitchen and to the other side a king size corner bathroom with washing machine.
From the ground floor stairs lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms (1x master double and 3x twin-bedded rooms ) together with a sizeable WC/bathroom. On the second floor, under the roof is the 5th capacious double bedroom with en suite WC/shower and a small balcony with panoramic views to the village of Kokkini, the golf course and a modest sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heatedg and the living room is connected with a SAT-TV.
The villa offers extensive balconies and verandas with plenty of tables and chairs, where you can sit to relax and enjoy your peaceful holiday. Around the pool area you will also find sun beds and a built-in BBQ. To the side of the house is ample car parking space.
